"I have been with this agency for several decades. Recently I needed to talk to Greg about some concerns and the office manager booked me an appointment for almost 3 weeks out because Greg does not have the availability. I was re-assured by the office manager that I am important to them and yet, I can not get 5 mins from Greg to discuss my concerns for 3 weeks. Very disappointed! The below response from the office says it all. The time for Greg to review my request and type up a response on internet can easily be used to make a phone call while clearly my review shows I am frustrated not being able to reach Greg. Greg's response here is not for me, it is meant for the internet audience. It clearly shows that when a client has any concern, no way you will be allowed to talk to Greg for 3 weeks. The response suggests you can only talk to the staff. I have talked to the office staff for weeks and need to talk to Greg. Being a loyal client for decades means you can NOT get a 5 mins phone call from the owner of the agency. Wish I could have given a zero for this rating. Not sure how the quality of the service of Greg's agency has gone down to be so impersonal and cold. I contacted 2 other State Farm offices and the first owner contacted me back by phone promptly and the 2nd one saw me in his office right away after I walked in without an appointment."
